Delivered the customer-facing website, the operational backend, and the API layer for a multi-branch fitness operator. The platform covers memberships, class scheduling, attendance, billing, and reporting, and exposes the same APIs to web and mobile clients.

Memberships, attendance, and billing lived in separate tools, so branch teams reconciled data by hand.

One backend as the source of truth for members, schedules, attendance, and invoices, with a documented API shared by every client.
Implementation
Delivery approach and technical execution
Laravel domain services and REST endpoints, a Node.js WebSocket service for live attendance events, payment and ERP integrations for invoicing and reconciliation, and a Vue/Nuxt frontend consuming the same APIs.
